Hell Mask

Hell Mask

Fabric face mask made showing scenes from 'The Garden of Earthly Delights' by Hieronymus Bosch (Netherlands, 1490- 1510). You will recieve the mask pictured.

Each mask is made from an outer layer of dye sublimation fabric, a middle non woven layer, and an inner layer of black, cotton poly blend. The center top of each mask has a recycled, annealed aluminum strip to form the mask to your nose for a tighter fit. Please make a note in checkout if you would like your mask to have ear elastic, around the head elastic, or fabric ties. If no note is left, I will add ear elastic with silicone adjusters. The fabric has been prewashed in ECOS un-scented detergent and tumbled dry. Please wash your mask appropriately after each wear. This mask is not fit for medical use.

Please see the photos for fit examples of the two sizes. The size 1 on a larger face sits mid chin and tends to ride up when speaking, but it does fully cover the mouth and nose. The size 2 on a smaller face feels a bit loose and has extra fabric hanging below the chin that can be pulled tighter by adjusting the ear straps. The nose metal still provides a tight fit around the mouth and nose, however.

Aluminum nose strips were acquired from Joeveo and I highly reccomend them in your own mask making.

Due to sanitary concerns I cannot accept returns on masks. Each mask is handmade by me in central Ohio, USA. Dye Sublimation fabric is printed at a small, local facility.  Measurements might vary up to 1/4 of an inch. If you are in need of an extra mask filter or blue surgical mask, please leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to provide.
